“Where to begin... if you guys don't want to read a long review then please skip to the summary at the end. I first met Todd through his wife. We already had a family realtor at the time so I never thought anything of it and brushed it off every time she would mention it. After having an awkward and some what unpleasant/dramatic experience with my … family realtor after buying my condo, I was ready to look for a new realtor. However, not being in the market to buy anytime soon, my girlfriend( now wife) wanted to buy a rental property. I didn't want to suggest my family realtor due to my own experience and then I remembered Todd! So I gave him a call and put him in contact with my wife. This was quite a few years back but for some reason Todd had another member of his team help my wife out. So I never really got to experience Todd and his team first hand, but my wife thought his team member at the time ( she no longer is part of their team) was not as informed as she should be as a realtor and couldn't answer some questions that she had. Flash forward 3 or 4 years later and we were thinking of buying our first single family home and we were up in the air on we should use. We thought we would give Todd another shot. House hunting began. He always came out personally (no more sending other team members) to all the showings and was always there on time even before us preparing the property details in a folder for us so we can see everything right in front of us. After a few showings, we were ready to make an offer. Offer one didn't work out, so we kept going on with more showings and he kept showing up ready to go. We made another offer on another home but that didn't work out either. My wife and I started getting discouraged at this point and were getting frustrated that we couldn't lock down a house. Maybe a week goes by and we finally find a home that we like. We meet with Todd again at the home and I really love when he asks all the right questions. Me, personally, am a very OCD type person who asks a lot of questions. But Todd did that for me and it was great. Wrote a personal letter (suggested by Todd) and got the house!Thank you Todd! During the escrow process, Todd is ALWAYS responsive and answered all my crazy OCD questions and kept me calm during the whole process especially from my first dramatic experience with my family realtor. It was time for inspections and they turned out pretty good for the most part except for the dreaded sewer line. It needed a complete replacement so that's where Todd really shines. He negotiated us a seller credit! It pretty much covered the sewer line replacement and we were more than ecstatic hearing horror stories where sellers wouldn't budge on any repairs that needed to be done. So we close escrow, and now we have to find someone to help us with the remodel. And here comes Todd again to save the day. He asks what I'm looking for, what we wanna do, what type of contractor we want (licensed/unlicensed) and he recommended Mo from House Masters. You can see my review on him as well. Todd's after care service is amazing especially knowing that people wouldn't want to recommend contractors/inspectors in care of letting people down or giving out a bad recommendation. But ALL of Todd's recommendations have been nothing but stellar. Now, after closing of escrow, we were thinking of keeping the condo as a rental property but decided we didn't want to deal with the headache of being landlords for another property. Todd again to save the day. Sets up a whole report on our condo and tells us what he believes it will appraise for to set the tone for what offers we would most likely be getting. As I'm writing this our condo has closed with multiple offers within the first two weeks of it being listed. He help too negotiate pricing and request for repairs as our condo did not appraise (he warned us about this) All in all, Todd has been a great realtor and I'm glad I finally got to deal with him first hand and realLy see his professionalism and expertise in action. The responsiveness to my questions and concerns as well as my wives with our home purchase and home sale made everything so smooth and easy for us. Thank you Todd and his team for looking out for us and keeping us updated on every aspect of our home purchase and sale. I also referred Todd to my aunt who was looking to sell her home and she received multiple offers in only one week of it being listed.
