Angela’s journey began in Ancon, Panama Canal Zone, where she was born into a military family. Shortly after her birth, her family relocated to Southern California, where Angela grew up and became well-acquainted with the diverse communities across Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange Counties—a background that would later prove invaluable in her professional life.

Graduating in the top 10% of her high school class in 1991, Angela pursued higher education at Cal State Fullerton with Honors, majoring in Business Administration. She later transferred to El Dorado Business College to earn certification as a Paralegal/Legal Administrator. Over the next 15 years, Angela gained extensive experience working with prestigious law firms in Beverly Hills, Century City, Brentwood, and Marina del Rey, specializing in entertainment/transactional, corporate, and estate planning matters.

In 2009, Angela embarked on a new career path in real estate appraisal, benefiting from the mentorship of seasoned professionals with over 30 years of combined experience. Today, Angela holds an active Certified Residential Appraiser credential and brings over 14 years of appraisal expertise. She proudly serves Ventura and Los Angeles Counties as an independent Certified Residential Appraiser and as a Real Estate Broker Associate.
