I first met Todd when he was going through my neighborhood. Even though I had no interest in selling my house at the time, he took time to just chat and answer questions. The next couple of years I would see him on occasion and my neighbors were also impressed with him and his knowledge. When I decided to sell my house, Todd was at the top of my list. I was most impressed by his genuineness and his sincerity for me to always be comfortable and eventually happy and satisfied with the whole process of selling my house. A great guy all around.
