We have known Todd for a few years now as he has helped some of our friends sell or buy their houses in Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village where we are originally from. We moved to the Bay Area a few years ago and have been looking for our first home. As this is our first house we literally had zero idea what we were doing but since we knew Todd we reached out to him with some questions as our realtor in the Bay Area ended up being flaky. Once we started talking to Todd, we told him about a property we really liked that just popped up on the market. So he pretty much took over the situation, reached out to the sellers agent and got us a viewing appointment right away. We met the sellers agent the next morning to view the house and absolutely loved it. Even though Todd wasn’t our agent, he ended up helping us with the offer, checking in with the sellers realtor, helping us with the inspection reports/paperwork and all the million questions we had.
