LOVE Chelsea and Todd! We needed to relo to Ca from NJ and we had one weekend to look for a house before my husband had to leave to start the new job. I found these guys on yelp and within an hour I was in contact with both Todd and Chelsea setting up a time to visit, getting listings sent to my phone etc. It was one of the most stressful times of our lives. Preparing to move cross country with a blind dog and a toddler, selling a home in NJ, and buying a home in Ca. They made the Cali home buying side as stress free as possible. The seller’s agent and the seller were a nightmare to deal with, but Todd and Chelsea handled the pre closing issues that they dished out. I felt secure in doing the transaction from the other side of the country with them on our side. Chelsea went multiple times to the home we ended up purchasing using FaceTime to walk me through the house for the inspection, and as requested work was being completed. I highly recommend these guys to help you buy or sell your home!!!
