Our home in the Wildwood area of Thousand Oaks, CA just sold and we couldn’t be more grateful to have had Todd as our agent throughout the last couple months. We would have recommended Todd during “normal” times but we cannot say enough about how significant it has been having him as our agent throughout the rapid changes the Covid virus has brought to us all. We genuinely believe that it was his skill as an agent that enabled our home to close in this environment.

We had selected Todd as our agent having seen him and his team marketing homes and representing buyers and sellers throughout the community.  We’d been very impressed with his real estate knowledge, marketing process, and professionalism all of which were in full swing during the marketing and sale of our home. After an impressive marketing campaign our home received multiple offers.  After reviewing with Todd the strengths and weaknesses of each buyer, we accepted an offer.  This vetting process was hugely important, and we can’t thank Todd enough, because within about a week of accepting the offer, the Covid-19 virus, and all the social distancing requirements, expanded. The importance of selecting the right buyer who wanted the home, was solid financially, and would close was critical. Todd’s input on buyer selection was invaluable. His confidence in navigating through the transaction in this daunting time (especially inspections and the appraisal), all while following the stringent safety requirements, was comforting to say the least (quote – “We will get this closed”).  Additionally, Todd handled with ease the added requirements of a relocation company.
