He asked for my cooperation in improving certain things on the property and as promised, sold the house, for almost $40000 over asking in roughly 2 weeks. I remain truly impressed by this fellow who is destined to go far. He delivered. He is who he says he is and that is impressive in today’s hurry up and gets the least amount fast world.
