I have worked with the Todd twice now and both times were incredibly painless experiences for me. Since I know pretty much nil about the real estate process, Todd was an amazing resource for information. He answered any questions I had with plenty of detail and he always was extremely passionate about the subject.
Throughout the entire process Todd handled everything from contacting inspectors, repairmen, etc. and scheduled everything while keeping me informed every step of the way. I trust Todd’s expertise and know that I can rely on him to use reliable vendors/contractors to get the job done right.
Todd is also just a generally nice and hard working individual. Even though he’s been swamped during this summer buying season and running all over town between appointments, he has never been late and has never not had a smile on his face (prior to donning his mask during these Covid-19 times of course).
