I can’t say enough of how pleased I was to have done business with Todd and his team. I have had my California Real Estate Brokers license for over 20 years, but I did not want to represent myself. So, my wife and I interviewed several agents and decided on Todd. He came to the interview with a very strong marketing campaign, answered all our questions, and was by far the most professional agent we spoke with. We had various issues that came up during escrow with the buyer, credit, honesty, wiring funds…a less skilled agent would have thrown in the towel and tried to find another buyer. Todd didn’t, he worked very hard to overcome all the obstacles that the buyer and his biz mgr. threw in the way. We closed escrow on time and he negotiated a lease back for us.
