Todd is in the top .01% of all Real Estate Agents – Period. He has the experience, temperament and the relationships in the industry to make your selling and/or buying experience the best it can be. I don’t know how to better articulate the value he brings to the table. If you are even remotely considering going with a discount broker or Redfin type agent, carefully consider what you are giving up when you try to “save” a couple dollars. Keep in mind that real estate transactions can be VERY complex. Todd guided us through every decision with tact and his wealth of experience proved to be incredibly valuable throughout.
